Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through CRUX, operated by Peak Labs LLC, at CruxBody.com.
1. Consultation and Evaluation Fees
Fees charged for a provider's clinical evaluation reflect the provider's time and professional judgment, which is rendered regardless of outcome. Evaluation and consultation fees are non-refundable once a licensed provider has reviewed your information, including in cases where the provider determines that no treatment is appropriate for you. This is standard across medical practices: you are paying for the evaluation, not for a guaranteed prescription.
2. Membership and Subscription Fees
Recurring membership fees are billed in advance of each cycle. You may cancel future billing at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy; canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period already paid, except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Medications and Pharmacy Products
Because prescription medications are dispensed specifically for you after a clinical determination, products that have shipped are generally not eligible for return or refund, except: (a) the product arrived damaged or defective, (b) the product was dispensed in error, or (c) otherwise required by applicable law. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report an issue.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@cruxbody.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account termination.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version with its effective date will always be posted at CruxBody.com/refund-and-cancellation-policy.

Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to memberships and recurring subscriptions purchased through CRUX, operated by Peak Labs LLC, at CruxBody.com.
1. How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@cruxbody.com. Cancellation stops all future recurring billing.
2. Effective Date of Cancellation
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Requests submitted after that window will take effect the following cycle, and the current cycle's charge will stand.
3. What Happens to Active Protocols
Canceling your membership does not retroactively affect medications already prescribed or shipped. If you wish to discontinue an active protocol for clinical reasons, contact your provider directly — that is a medical decision, separate from billing cancellation.
4. No Cancellation Fees
There is no fee to cancel. You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect, other than for the current cycle as described above.
5. Reactivation
You may reactivate a canceled membership at any time by returning to CruxBody.com and completing a new questionnaire if required, subject to provider re-evaluation.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version with its effective date will always be posted at CruxBody.com/refund-and-cancellation-policy.
